Hacienda Colorados

Hacienda Colorado is located in the extremely secure, gated community of Hacienda Iguana, on the dreamy, white sand beach of Playa Colorados. Hacienda Colorado is a perfectly designed two-story four bedroom beachfront vacation home rental located right on the sand in front of the waves of the famous beach break Colorados.

As you enter the house, there is a Zen garden courtyard with a variety of local plants, a relaxing fountain and a table and rocking chairs on both sides of the garden. There are three rooms downstairs that wrap around the courtyard. Two of the rooms have an insane view of the ocean and the waves at Colorados. Both of these rooms have a queen bed and twin bed. The other bedroom in the courtyard and has two twin beds. Every room has it’s own private bathroom. Hacienda Colorado’s best feature is the upstairs master suite. It has a large king, twin bed, sofa chair, office with desk and office chairs, huge bathroom with a large bathtub and shower and a balcony with a wood table and rocking chairs and hammocks with the best view in the house and just maybe the best view on the whole beach! The kitchen, dining area and living room have AC. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining table is spacious and great for enjoying meals as a group. There are comfortable sofas and television to watch TV, movies and photos and video of the daily surf sessions. There’s also a table with rocking chairs and outdoor recliner chairs on the outside patio. At the front of the property is a beautiful well-kept unique tree that looks like a big banzai tree right before you come to the sand. Under the tree is a large hammock and next to the tree is a perfect pool for relaxing. There’s beautiful green grass between the pool and patio. There is daily house cleaning, maintenance, pool cleaning and a night guard.

Hacienda Iguana has a very positive vibe and is the perfect community for people, who want to surf, golf, explore and enjoy one of the best beaches in the world, Playa Colorados. It is an extremely secure community with 2 sets of gates to enter by car, there are full time guards posted around the community including the beach club. Hacienda Colorado also has it’s own night guard specifically for the house. The security staff in place insures that you will feel very secure and comfortable to roam around the community and beach as you please. Security is just a precaution as Nicaragua is the safest country in Central America.
