Wave Garden

Located in the extremely secure, gated community of Hacienda Iguana, on the dreamy, white sand beach of Playa Colorados you will find the Wave Garden. The Wave Garden is a luxury beachfront vacation home rental located right on the sand in front of the waves of the famous beach break Playa Colorados. The house is one of the largest in Hacienda Iguana with 6 bedrooms, each with it’s own private bathroom.

The downstairs has four nice sized bedrooms around a beautiful courtyard and small pool. A small set of stairs goes up to the two gigantic master bedrooms that share the 2nd floor balcony with an ample seating area and hammocks with finely designed wood stands that overlook the pool area and the ocean. It is a great view especially when the surf is offshore and pumping with perfect barrels and peaks all down the beach, which is about 300+ days per year. The downstairs has a well-equipped kitchen with a custom dining table and a spacious living room with sofas and television. The house is set back from the other houses providing a lot of privacy. Exiting the kitchen and living room towards the ocean goes straight into the huge patio area with a bar, large dining table and outdoor sofas to seat in. A nice outdoor shower and green grass lawn separate the house from the large pool that is practically on the beach with great views down the beach in both directions and of course a great view of the surf out front.

The big house is complemented with extremely comfortable beds, custom wood furniture, Italian and local tiles and fine local art. There is also a private small pool in the courtyard to enjoy. There are AC units in each bedroom, an open air floor plan for the kitchen and living area, Claro TV, Wi-Fi internet through out the house and a generator for back up energy.

The house can comfortably sleep 12 people. The 2 upstairs master bedrooms each have a king bed, ocean views and each have a door to the upstairs balcony. There are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms downstairs surrounding the courtyard and small pool. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. Included with the house you have daily housekeeping, maintenance, a pool cleaner and a night guard.

Hacienda Iguana has a very positive vibe and is the perfect community for people, who want to surf, golf, explore and enjoy one of the best beaches in the world, Playa Colorados. It is an extremely secure community with 2 sets of gates to enter by car, there are full time guards posted around the community including the beach club. The Wave Garden also has it’s own night guard specifically for the house. The security staff in place insures that you will feel very secure and comfortable to roam around the community and beach as you please. Security is just a precaution as Nicaragua is the safest country in Central America.
